If your home sits on the market for longer that 90 days from the time I list it, I will continue to market it aggressively but pay you $1,000 at the closing. As you can see, I put my money where my mouth is. Instead of making you empty promises, I give you a written guarantee of performance and if I don't live up to this agreement, you get $1,000.
